  • Where do you take water to produce alcohol-free drinks?

As far as one cannot compromise in quality issues, the Company takes only prepared artesian water with optimal mineral composition to produce drinks, as salt excess causes flocculation while the beverages are stored. Drinks prepared on hard water (with excess of calcium and magnesium salts, as well as iron salts) have a rough taste.

  • What determines the taste of water?

The taste of water depends on mineral composition; organic substances and their decomposition intensity; temperature of water and presence of air gases.

High concentration of sulfates gives water a bitter taste; concentration of chlorides gives salty taste, and concentration of salts of iron and manganese gives inky and ferruginous taste. Water has the greatest refreshing effect at the temperature of 7-11 degrees. At more than 15 degrees, gustatory characteristics of water decrease and it badly quenches the thirst.

  • Is that true that bottled water does not differ from the filtered water?

Actually, it differs much. Firstly, bottled water may be either natural (originally clean and fully retaining its structure) or prepared. Enterprises that bottle prepared water pick up a special set of filters providing effective water purification from a particular well. Industrial filters are universal, so are not always effective.
